Iā€™ve been facing this issue along with google classroom and google meet. I contacted NIB and they said there is no issue from their side (Which I donā€™t believe).
But since last 2 days, youtube seems to not show this often.

Oof man I've been there, staring at a grey screen waiting for meet to load indefinitely. If this happens, just clear the apps data. If that didn't work, uninstall and reinstall.

By the time the app fixes itself, your class will be over.

Maybe unrelated: What MTU do you use? (MTU seems to be the magic bullet for BSNL, fixing even whatsapp voip calls for some people). BSNL should be 1460, but you can check here https://kb.netgear.com/19863/Ping-Test-to-determine-Optimal-MTU-Size-on-Router.

I used to have this issue occasionally. So searched in Google and there had suggestion from androidauthority to clear STORAGE& CACHE for youtube app in mobile. It's worked for me. After clearing storage ,everytime youtube ,comments and suggestions load without any issue.

You can also try, specifying the DNS manually in ONT/ONU,as a solution. Could not try it yet.

Im also facing the same issue I had called to bsnl technical team they gave a MRI but it also not working waste of time

I am facing the same issue since yesterday , Youtube and other websites are not loading properly . Can I say BSNL peering with other CDN providers is congested recently ?

I have been facing this problem for quite some time. Last few months to be precise.

It keeps saying "You're offline" when on WiFi. So, I disconnect the WiFi and reload the Youtube app on Mobile Data and then turn on WiFi again.

Starts working fine after that.

But really, how many times can one do this?

If it was few times every month, it would have been fine. But its almost a daily occurrence or 3/4 times in a week which is ridiculous.

Whether anyone using seperate wifi router like TP-Link Archer series or similar and still experiencing the youtube loading issue frequently?

As a solution ,you can try and update 2 things,
1. Set the DNS in ONT/ONU.
2. Set the MTU to 1460 and try.
