Strict NAT type on Xbox One

I am using bsnl ftth. My xbox is connected to the internet via wifi through the optilink router given by bsnl. I tried enabling upnp and adding my xbox ip address to dmz but got no change in the NAT status. It remained strict.

Did you try ethernet. I have router connected via cat5E to xbox s and PC. Using spectra and DNS is cloudfare 1.1.1.1

@anrox335 what is your server connectivity ?? It's connected or blocked
And open your NAT to purchase a static ip then tell customer care they change your NAT to open
