Anyone experiencing slow speeds on Railwire from yesterday? My plan speed is 10 mbps. While the speedtest result on railtel server shows 8-9 mbps download speed but while browsing I can feel the slow speed. What might be the issue if speedtest result shows good speed?

Noticed frequent connection drops as well since morning.

Experienced issue two days ago , but it was resolved at the end of that very same day

Yeah it's working fine for me too now. Seems to be resolved. No drop since 6:30 pm and speed is also good now. Must be some backend issue

I am getting almost full upload speed but horribly slow download speeds. What might be the issue?

the ip series starting with 103 have issues with latency and speed.....Check again when you experience issues. Your public ip would be in the 103 ip pool

Nothing much except restarting your ONT to get a different ip pool

Have been getting 1-2mbps since morning. Have a gaming(static) ip so can't even get a different ip pool.

My connection is now working better but, not like how it was before. Ping to SG is averaging 115ms compared to 75ms earlier. Peering also seems to be not working. Talked to my LCO and he said that issue was at Railwire's end. They had put us on alternate Fibre as they were repairing a fibre cut. I don't think the work is complete. I've mailed NOC east region, awaiting their reply.

Even I am experiencing intermittent speed drops for last 3-4 days. I asked my LCO yesterday he also said some maintenance work is going on Railwire side.

I guess due to lockdown, WFH situation their new connections has increased in Eastern region where there is less private competition and hence their services has taken a hit.
