BSNL ADSL new connection from 200m distance.

I was thinking about getting a bsnl connection and the guy from bsnl told me that that he cannot guarantee if my broadband will work because the distance from the pole to my house is 200 meters.
Can I get some clarification on this matter?
 
ADSL or ftth ?
 
I was just wondering if there is a certain limit for the wire that can be connected from the pole to my house?
 

200m over poles is very much possible but prone to damage very easily because these cables are not strong as ofc cable and possibly will wear out in few months.
