Hathway broadband is a complete worth internet provider. I paid them for 1 year in June 2020 but they are giving very band service since then. Even after several complaints nobody is caring. Now when I asked them to discontinue my internet and refund my money so they refused

Guru Mantra is to never ever make a long term commitment, whosoever it maybe. Especially for likes of tier 2 and below ones.
Never fall for their discount schemes.
Anyhow I too am one of many oppressed customers of theirs since 2018.
One tip try spank them on thier twitter Id and send mail with follow-ups to the regional helpdesk id. The delhi one is delhihelpdesk@hathway.net
Good luck.... I had service issues since April and finally got it resolved this week.
Second try get friends with the local cst engg, that too helps on long term.
