!!HELP!! ACT BROADBAND - 5Ghz giving higher ping.

I am ACT user in LUCKNOW.
In speedtest at ACT - DELHI server
5Ghz - 27ms ping
2.4Ghz - 11ms ping.
In PUBG mobile.
5Ghz - 56-60ms ping
2.4Ghz - 36-44ms ping. 24-28ms sometimes.
Why ping on 5Ghz is higher than 2.4Gz, although 5Ghz is faster. Tests are done on Wi-Fi,on very same location, on several devices but results are same on all.
Is it common or its just me with this problem. Any solution or help??
 
Try changing 5ghz channels and channel width to 40mhz
 
Are there other devices on 5ghz that are far away? That could also affect your latency.
 
Then it could be interference from nearby networks if you're the only one on wifi. Use any wifi analyzer app from play store to see if there are any other networks on your channel. Then change your wifi to a channel with least or no networks.
