Extending PON network over Wireless link

My relative is running a LCO who already provides ticfiber through GEPON, he has a 4 port OLT providing access to about 50 subscribers.
So he's getting request from a nearby village about 2-3 kms away.
So we'll establish P2P link and from thier establish either p2mp network or use ethernet for other customers.
He's thinking of getting

To establish a P2P link but the problem is that pppoe Authentication is done centrally and he doesn't have router or a switch.
So, asking for advice...

Thanks for the replies.
The problem is we can't put a olt at the other end.
So reaching the pppoe server is the challenge.
Putting a OLT there is not feasible as the number customers are very few.
@Gokul Kannan TP-Link seems to be the cheapest option.
Please suggest a good CPE in the suggested brands which can sustain a minimum 100mbps link speed over 3km. Interference wouldn't be big issue as it's a rural area.

it will not give max throughoutput than 50mbps max.. for p2p2 decide the speed red.. better go with ligo or ubnt pwbeam.. for p2p connection u have to first check line of site n all via google earth then u will come to know abt the details..air distance,obstacle etc
 
for managing bandwith etc u cna buy a cheap entry level mtk rb3011 router for p2p connection.. just u need to make an uplink port from olt n then connect the radios via lan.. u can assign speed for every ip or mac id via rb3011
