Hey!! I opted for ACT Fibernet, here in LUCKNOW. Got connection on 14/7/20. I opted for 6 months plan. Now today, on 1 August, my monthly data usage got refreshed. But my total data usage is also being shown as 0 out 500 GB. Now I am confused that, are they counting my data as if second month of my plan has started? Second month should start from 14/03/20. But its only 17 days. My plan should continue till 14/02/2021. But by this method I am losing 13 days. Anyone help me pls.

Hey. So, ACT does the billing from 1-1. Therefore, the billing is done on a pro rata basis. You will not lose the 13 days. It will be adjusted in the subsequent bills.
@happybanana . Thnx. One more question - How many days do I have to use 500gb -- next 30 days if billing is done from 1-1 of every month, or next 14 days bcus I got connection from 14th?
as i have an act connection here in Bangalore.
usage gets refreshed on 1st of every month.
even when i was on the 6month plan.
for both my connections.
it is the same for me and my friend.
on all plans and 6 month billing or 12 month billing.
you have to use that 500gb by 30th or 31st of this month.
as you will get 500gb again on 1st of september and old data wont be carried forward (no rollover)
