This seems to be available on Amazon. You need to add your own RAM and Storage. But seems like a good mini PC for the price.

man. i actually considered recommending this to a nephew as an office machine. the listing is just so deceptive. most people ask about ram and storage so it is clear that you have to add your own ram and hdd.
what the listing does not indicate is that it also does not come with wireless support. or bluetooth. if you decide to add it, you would need to find a m2 card which takes away the only m2 slot in the box. you still have a slot for ssd and/or hdd (i don't really remember). ram hdd etc. are laptop variants.
mic does seem to be included though since it is in the box, it might not work well in a noisy office environment.
it also comes with a vga port in the optional slot at back. product image on the listing is of displayport. windows license is also not included of course. the power button looks hard to use considering it operates like mobile power button. to turn off the machine you have to keep it pressed for 4-5 seconds.
it still is a pretty cool machine depending upon your requirement.
