ordered the microtek one from flipkart. Delivery date is 14 may.

@ch@ndlerbing it is from a known company, has proper labels USFDA approved, good reviews.

Hope it works.

flipkart is being cute because the unit ordered by my friend in mumbai for me is being shipped to him from gurgaon.

Most oxymeters available in the market have the same hardware, i had to get this at 3000 from a chemist two weeks back, my Dr. Trust was giving wrong reading and i had severe covid infection.

and if @Smh is based in delhi (please update location details in your profile) and post offices are operational for you... order one for me and send it through speed post 😛

though i suppose any location is fine if you can reship the damn product to me. it's not urgent though so i can probably wait for deliveries to open for gurgaon again. considering stock availability seems to be normalizing now for at least oximeters.

If someone finds a fairly priced good steamer, do provide the link.

I had bought the microtek one (black colour) from Amazon in April. It isn't that good tbh. But since nothing else is available had to make do with it.

The issue is that once the battery goes down to around 50%, half the times the reading won't come even though the finger is inserted properly. I usually end up rubbing my finger on my shirt before using the oxymeter.

Similar problem is there with the one I bought from Apollo Pharmacy locally.
