No not the MAC Binding, but ports binding feature under internet tab where pppoe details are fed. If those are disabled for lan port 1&2 enable it

I guess note down all the sip and pppoe details and try resetting the router..

@anubhav11 I guess that is the only solution left . Will the company replace the router(if Hardware issue) as I pay a router rental and havent bought the router ?

Bsnl or lco will replace your router if it doesn't work properly after a reset (this is their last resort before a replacement)

@shashankb What IP is your PC getting right now? I suggest try to release the IP, restart both PC and router.

AFAIK, only One LAN port is active on Alphion ONT by default after latest update.
Is the issue Persistent on all ports or one of the ports work?
Any specific route rule set?

Last time,the OP had contacted Alphion and it was solved by them....

yes they do they even told me that if i wanted to check out any other router they will send me one.

The issue got resolved as I did a reset. I still cannot figure out which setting went wrong. All the settings were just correct
Very relieved though btw
