That means its time to jump ship. Excitel is heavily LCO dependent. They cant do much if lco is ass.Not every LCO picks up the complaint calls regularly. In that case excitel helpline and ticket is the only option. In our area LCO is so bad that in 90% of the times they don't pick up the calls whatever time you may call them. Infact for fiber cuts at LCO's end, my connection has been down for 7-10 days multiple times and I had to raise complaint on twitter, on pgportal to have anyone fix them.
Just waiting for the excitel fiber to come out. Hope all issues go away with these. Also some new orange wires have been layed out in my area, could be a new LCO perhaps.
