High packet loss in Cherrinet puducherry

Very high packet loss in Cherrinet fiber, Puducherry. Unsuable during WFH and gaming

Can someone suggest a good reliable broadband for puducherry,

Cherrinet was able to add more bandwidth and resolved the issue in 2 months.

working fine for now.

Service has gone pathetic again. packet loss is a very basic issue to be resolved by the service provider. Raised the tickets multiple times, Still no resolution. Wouldn't recommend cherrinet any more. Fed up
