@vicky09 Call railwire support from your registered number and ask for the credentials they'll provide you.

@vignesh_venkatesan Thanks for the reply dude ...!!!
I have checked with railwire support and they are telling to contact the LOC . And my LOC is not providing them(As he takes Rs.100 extra for every recharge he makes).
1: Are those username/password will be stored somewhere during the first time login ??
2: My local LOC had setup everything and has given access to me , How can I check If my getting railwire connection or someother connection ??
3:Are the PPPoE username and password are the same as railwire username and password ??

Can someone please please answer ???

Yes the PPPoE username and password on router page are same as Railwire username password.

The LCO seems to be a cheater if he is willfully not providing the username password to make extra 100 bucks for every recharge.

Hi ch@ndlerbing,

I have the same issue. I have been asking for the username to the ISP and they simply dont respond. I tried contacting the chat support of Rail wire and it seems to require the username without which I am not able to converse.

As replied by you, I tried to check on my router settings, but PPPoe is not enabled, but instead Static is selected (Get a static IP from ISP). This seems to be happening to a lot of people in and around. Initially, even for the router password, I had to literally nag until I got it. And for the first month, I realized that the speed was not great and despite repeated attempts they did not respond well and ultimately when I asked them to cancel, then they checked and said that there was some issue.

I realized later that the bandwidth what I selected and paid for, was not the bandwidth they chose on my account. How do you suggest I deal with these people ? I do not have other connectivity options at my place other than BSNL broadband which again sucks. Kindly advise

Try to raise a complaint with the Railwire directly if the LCO is not giving you username, password. Try calling their customer care number - 18001039139.
I never faced this issue. I got my username, password through SMS from Railwire the day I got the connection.
