Lucknow, ACT shoddy practice, moving people from public ip to CG-NAT

They don't have enough ipv4 addresses.
In Chennai they're giving public ipv6 address which atleast makes matters little better.
 
I see posts like this and get amused. How if government out of money when they make 18 percent on virtual goods like apps, streaming and in this case a dedicated ip.
