I want to buy a Fully Automatic Washing Machine and a Dishwasher.
I have a family of 5. So would 8 Kg fully automatic front load washing machine be fine?
Front load or Top load?
I don't have much knowledge about these appliances. The machines should do most of the work and there should be minimum human effort.
Please provide your suggestions.
I don't have a budget but don't wanna overspend.
Would appreciate value for money model recommendations.

descaling powder is useful. use it after 3 and 6 months. doesn't hurt to be honest. i did say the same about LG and ifb in my earlier post. ifb installation people are assholes. lg not so much. there are other uses of descaling powder. you can use it to clean your shower heads for example.
Already bought 2 boxes. Would have to use them. Let's see how long do they last.

@Sushubh Also can i move the machine or is it fixed at one place permanently. I think there is a method to move it as we aren't supposed to drag it. I need to do some changes to the water connection which would improve the water quality.

I asked him specifically not to give me the display piece. Also my machine has the latest manufacturing (21 July 2020). Even I was surprised at why are they selling the lastest top model at such a discounted price.
Brought from LG shop?

you are supposed to use the entire packet in one go. i actually do not do that. i just put in a little powder in TCL cycle every week. probably wasting it because that quantity probably wouldn't do shit lol.

I move it around regularly. Mostly to move it back to its actual location when it displaces itself during drying cycle because of vibrations lol.

Considering a general case? 😅
Because right now it doesn't vibrate even a bit.

i think i made a mistake last year going to vijay sales. should have gone to LG showroom which was next to it lol. probably would have gotten the same model at similar price but on a factory packed unit lol. anyhow. no point thinking about it now.

did they place anti-skid pads on the floor? if not, i guess it should be fine. your machine is stable and changing its position around shouldn't matter because it's not like you are going to change the level of the machine by doing that.

Took me 3 visits to finalize this. Lol. First visit to Chroma and 2 visits to LG showroom. Chroma guy was bashing IFB and Bosch stating their quality isn't as good as what it used to be when they were in partnership and sourced parts from Germany and now they are not worth going for.
Pushed me for Samsung and if not then LG. Don't know if it's the truth or not or if he gets more commission from Samsung.
Is there any problem with factory packed units?

The 3M patches, No. There are quite a lot of videos on techniques to move front loading machines. 😂

There are trolleys available in the market for automatic machines. I don't give af, I drag my machine here and there, and it's just fine.
