Some iOS features lost after SIM swap

I used to be able to use VoWiFi on my JIO number and see data/call usage directly from my iPhone settings menu. Recently I had to swap my SIM card because of issues, I went to the JIO store and got a new SIM. The SIM itself is working but I have 2 issues now

1. The option to check data usage and plans from iOS settings is now gone (As described in this article)
2. I cannot enable VoWiFi anymore. Please see error below.

My old SIM looked identical to the one I got now, so I am not sure what the difference is, or what has changed, they are both red coloured SIMs. Has anyone else had this issue and was able to resolve it?

One weird thing. The carrier version on my phone is 41.0.2. The carrier version on the phones of everyone else in my family is 41.0.1, which is older. Not sure what's wrong. Maybe I just have to wait for it to be enabled automatically.

Overnight, all the issues fixed themselves and the options appeared. Looks like the SIM provisioning just takes time.
