I used to be able to use VoWiFi on my JIO number and see data/call usage directly from my iPhone settings menu. Recently I had to swap my SIM card because of issues, I went to the JIO store and got a new SIM. The SIM itself is working but I have 2 issues now
1. The option to check data usage and plans from iOS settings is now gone (As described in this article)
2. I cannot enable VoWiFi anymore. Please see error below.
My old SIM looked identical to the one I got now, so I am not sure what the difference is, or what has changed, they are both red coloured SIMs. Has anyone else had this issue and was able to resolve it?
