i think he is suggesting that pubg might still work through 1.1.1.1 app.
 
p2p sites seems to be unblocked on 1.1.1.1. the ones that would generally be blocked on airtel and jio type networks. though i haven't tested extensively.

at one point of time. users on non-airtel networks faced issues accessible websites that were blocked on airtel and were using cloudflare. because the website was being routed through cloudflare local data centers which were probably using airtel pipeline.
 
local servers if they exist would no longer work. high ping to international servers through VPN would probably make mobile gaming pointless... pubg is as good as dead in india because of the online factor. tiktok was dead because why would anyone create content and upload it through a vpn if you cannot monetize that content and no one in india would watch it. camscanner type apps work completely offline i assume so they still make an appearance on government documents on twitter.
 

Great! I was unable to play Mobile Legends, Asphalt or could stream Netflix. This seems to work fine. I have been searching for ways to fix it manually, no use. I got here and I saw this, "Change the mtu value from 1492 to 1460". My problem cleared up. Tysm!
