Billing Cycle Confusion

I recently switched from Hathway to Airtel Xstream Fiber. Very happy with the switch. However, slightly confused about my billing cycle.

I paid advance rental for 3 months for my connection on 20th June. My connection was setup and started on 30th June.

The Airtel app now shows me some due date of 13th July with an outstanding amount of 0.46 which cannot be paid. That's not much important but just for info.

It shows no bills for the period 20th June to 20th July. Maybe this is to do with the fact that I last paid advance rental on 20th June.

My data usage got reset today on 17th July.

I called the help desk who told me my billing cycle ends on 3rd of the month.

Thoroughly confused on what's my billing cycle.

Also technically am I on prepaid or postpaid or this isn't a thing with Airtel Broadband?
