How to contact HDFC customer support

So from 2 weeks I am trying to reach HDFC support their stupid bots are replying due to covid they are working with less staff.

I am trying to pay back their money (pre close an emi) and there is no way to do it myself.

Even before covid HDFC makes it so hard to find their contact. Default contact us links directs you FAQ its so frustrating.

In the name of cost saving these companies are deploying half baked bots which are completely useless.
 
Try tweeting to them @HDFCBank_Cares
 
Try sending them an email from net-banking or directly to customerservices.cards@hdfcbank.com. I find that much easier rather than getting them on call. Of course it would take longer to get a response, but at-least you are less frustrated 😅

done multiple times. They reply due to covid they cannot reply to my email 😑

@varkey I also prefer emails but for preclosing they will call and explain charges, if I agree they will proceed.

Emailed them to [EMAIL='PriorityRedressal.CreditCards[a]hdfcbank.com']PriorityRedressal.CreditCards[/EMAIL] and few days later to their priority grievenceredressal email but still no response. Its been 2 weeks since my first email.

Through netbanking they said they are unable to reach me and due to covid blah blah blah.

Now will also forward to the email id you shared.

Don't you have a relationship manager or somebody you can contact at your branch?

My friend had a month turn around time to get a refund of 40k from hdfc 😂🙇‍♀️..
Can't blame them.. Everything is going crazy during this CoViD period.
 


Same happened with me in seeking a refund when my monthly emi for the car didn't get auto debited and I paid up only to see it being auto debited the next day..tried everything possible but to no avail. Just landed up at the banks branch and asked the branch manager to put me across to the person in-charge(car loans fellow in my case) as I was done mailing and getting automated responses without anything fruitful coming out of it.
Got my refund in a weeks time. Had to follow up with the person for 2 days but was so much better having a direct phone number to call and talk in person rather than replying / writing mails explaining the issue and awaiting a response...this was around two months back and funny part is that it's only now I am getting response to the mails I had written when the issue has been resolved😂..I guess they have a huge backlog of complaints to handle.
 
update: Finally managed to reach their customer service on call after 3hrs and had to disconnect calls a lot of time as IVR doesn't tell the option to speak to any agent. There are two helpline number and only 1800 series number has option to speak to agent other helpline number just keeps going on loop.

Today got a call from them because they thought I was not able to speak to their customer service yesterday. But still no replies to email.
