Slicing advantage is provided mainly for whom the network slice is meant for. The normal public mobile user is most definitely not the intended beneficiary.
For comparison, think of it like a pizza. Reserving a slice for FWA users means devoting that part of the spectrum to them. Which means whatever is left is for the public users. Now the fun fact is, in India, considering the density of population and connections, there's just not enough pizza to begin with. Everyone will go hungry.
The solution to this already exists but it is damn expensive to implement and with current tarrifs, it simply can't happen.
