High Pings on Railwire

I just got a new railwire connection and goddamn the pings are so high in all games, the people who use railwire , i gave them some ip's to ping and they had less ping than mine. Getting around 160ms in singapore servers and 150 in Asia Pacific. Do i need to have some different settings or what , i dont get it

I'm also getting higher pings to Singapore since the last two days. Issue occurs at a particular ip in the route table.

using the 100mbps unlimited plan , my pings were fine yesterday and today i got assinged a new ip and pings are all high again.
yes it is a FTTH connection
 
I requested them for a gaming ip , since a lot of posts here related to railwire say that getting a gaming ip will get you Moderate NAT type and it fixes issues with most games by unblocking all ports. I have submitted a ticket but idk it feels like they wont reply , ill let you guys know if something happens.
 
It is fixed now but will keep checking it at regular interval. I also have a gaming IP.

Edit - Spoke too soon. It has gone up again.

No, I've never had this issue with Railwire. My experience has been very pleasant but for the last two days there has been lots of fluctuations. Even 8.8.8.8 was fluctuating from 35ms to 100+. Today, it has been fluctuating between 38ms-50ms
 
Are you using ₹3599/- plan 100 Mbps unlimited? Are you getting the desired net speed on FTTH? My experience is average with the Railwire wireless connection.
