BSNL FTTH ping goes 300ms+ help

Hello folks,
I have a BSNl FTTH connection 777rs. plan in Nashik, Maharashtra


Mostof the time my ping test done on openspeedtest results 300ms + ping.

Complaining at bsnl doesnt help
can anyone please let me if there is a solution to this issue?
 
It's been like this for a few days. Seems like it's affecting large area. Don't know if it's fixed yet. It was not as bad for me (here in the north east) but I still get a bit unstable internet.
