frequent disconnection

Iam facing a frequent disconnection problem from past 6 days . I have to manually restart my ONU device every time to make connection active but after some time there is no ligt on LOS/PON and connection got disconnected. And again to make it work i have to restart. I tried complaining many time but they close the ticket by seeing that my connection is active
 
Excitel customer care would be useless here. Best to talk to local guys and check why the connection is so unstable.
 
Yep call the guy who came for installation.
To know his details login to my excitel desktop website not app.
On top left you'll see the franchise/lco name.
I think its signal power issue from olt to your ont.
 
You can get the LCO Phone no by clicking on Bills>Clicking on Print button under Payment Receipt Column (any bill will do).

LCO is not picking the phone and when connection becomes active they close the ticket btw i open the statistics of ONU
i am sharing the result can you coinfirm that this is fine
