heh. this particular item should have been safe to deliver without bubblewrap.

third party? because Amazon has officially said that their packaging is now (single-use) plastic free iirc.

even the tape on the box seems to be some hybrid material now. personally i think this is a huge problem. few days ago, i got a completely fucked up bottle of dishwash liquid.

What even is that. Lol

Sue them for mental trauma.

I did manage to get a refund quite easily for this delivery in early days of opening up of online deliveries. But since then it has been a pain to get hold of a person on the other line. So didn't bother filing a complaint today.

There's an option on the website to request for a callback, you get a call and that connects you to some agent. You may have tried it I guess. I would leave the call on loudspeaker until a person comes on the line. Thankfully I have not come across any situation to get in touch with the CS.

tried calling various shops but nobody has e-grade stuff and i am not steeping out far for that. found some suppliers via indiamart but they want me to buy in bulk.

Springfield India Distilleries had approached the Goa-bench of AAR to seek classification of hand sanitisers supplied by the company and contended that the product is taxed at 12 per cent.

It also sought to know if sanitisers would be exempt from GST since it is now an essential commodity.

Facepalm. They made it worse.
