Suggest a decent value plan for home

I live in a rural area at Kasaragod district and at my area keralavision and bsnl provides better service. I don't yet know about the availability of Bsnl FTTH in my area. If in case it's not available which is the best value plan in keralavision ( I use their cable tv service as well).
 
Starting of something lower will be good. KV has a lot of bandwidth and congestion problems lately.
Maybe start with 20Mbps plan, increase speed/fup as required if it is performing well.
