Need guidance on purchasing static ip

I was experiencing high and unstable latency to csgo Mumbai servers(100+) and pubg MOBILE (120+)since the past two weeks, today it magically started working fine, i noticed that my onu has been assigned an ip in the 117.211.x.x series, it was different from the usual 117.247.x.x. Suppose I purchase a static ip and request bsnl to keep it in ths 117.211.x.x range, will I be able to retain the good latency?

Were you able to get a static IP?

No I didn't apply for it, since my problem of hight latency was fixed. Contact your LCO to know the procedure for getting one.

I don't think getting Static IP is going to fix your ping issue, I'm using one for about a year now and I still have the same ping issues which goes nearly ~200ms to ~80ms another day, totally not helping out and about requesting IP series, I don't think you'd be able to do that too, so yeah, ask your LCO maybe if it's possible.
