Jio Fiber unilaterally changed my plan! Jio stooping to such low levels!!

I am on a Gold _1M_1299 plan (250Mbps) plan. This morning, I received the following sms:
Your plan unlimited_2 days is now active on jiofiber.
Entitlements: Benefits 1. Unlimited data, unlimited voice,,,, etc,,,,,

Questions:
1) Who gave Jio the right to change my plan unilaterally?
2) What they conveniently do not mention is the new unlimited _2 days plan only carries a speed of 100Mbps.
3) I called customer care, asking them to remove this new plan imposed on me. They said it is a lockdown offer
and I told him why give lockdown offer only for 2 days and that too only at reduced speeds?
4) I have paid for 250 Mbps plan, and expect to get that speed for 30 days.... Plain and simple...
5) The worst part is imposing a new plan with reduced speeds on the customer without even giving the customer the power to choose for himself. Jio should be ashamed of itself to stoop to such levels....

Never expected Jio to do these kind of unethical practices...
Complaint has been raised and they said it will take 2 hours to get back to the original plan.... We will see.....

Update: Jio cannot even register my complaint due to technical issues...
They apparently had no technical issues when they downgraded my speed, without my approval, but when I complain to get my original speeds back
they have technical issues to even register my complaint --
Shame on Jio and the way this company is run.......

Still cant believe, Jio can do something like this.
I bet they have done this to a lot of other customers too.
Customers must be thinking they got 2 days free unlimited offer without knowing the fact that it is only at 100 Mbps speed. (The 100 Mbps speed is not mentioned in the sms). U only find this out when you test the speed online.

So it is upcoming for you, maybe in the next few days.... you will enjoy unlimited data.....;);)
If I am not right, Jio is offering this 2 day offer (100 Mbps) speeds only for Gold plan and above.
They will see what the response is. If less people complain, the two day period will extend to 5 days and then 10 days...
So effectively, you pay for 30 days for 250 Mbps speed, but you will get only 250 Mbps for about 20-22 days in a month....
I wonder where Jio learnt such business practices.....
Maybe in the the Jio Institute of eminence... The govt had already declared it a institute of eminence before the institute even opened. ...

Why bother when they given extra 2 days with 100 mbps??
you will get 30 days with 250 mbps and 2 days unlimited with 100mbps .


Correct me if i am wrong.

It's not ok if they given those 2 days 100mbps in 30 days .
