I have been suffering from several issues since the lockdown. The ping is quite high (105-120ms) to Indian servers, low upload speed and frequent disconnections. I tried talking to the local BSNL authorities and the lco but they keep telling me that everything is ok from their end and should contact the other party for solving the issue. Since yesterday there is no connection.the wan page shows both the internet and VoIP connections are up but there is no IP address attached to the internet. Moreover the phone light on the onu is off.i have the onu in bride mode. Can somebody help me out?

Well, the system doesn't have any ip assigned. It also shows that you are not authenticated. So did you change any settings in the modem ? If not , let the lco know that the system is not authenticated and no ip assigned from their side. I didn't see any major issues with the fiber since the signal strength is reasonably good as per my knowledge.

Well, the Registered, not authenticated is usually a non issue, it probably just means the OLT doesn't validate the ONT serial or other parameters. Mine shows that all the time.

Regarding the IP address, when in bridge mode as the screenshot shows, there wouldn't be an IP address assigned on the ONT. It would be on the other router where the PPPoE connection is established.

Perhaps an issue with BSNL in the area (outside of the last mile connectivity). If it isn't resolved by now, maybe you should contact the operator.

Guys, I just got the connection today after lots of crying and requests. The entire installation cost me 6k + lots of stress and followups. Now I have a major issue-
->DHCP is not working. I have to give manual IPs to my devices after which internet works(issue both on LAN and WiFi). Need a solution to this, please.

Please check that dhcp is turned off. Turn on dhcp server and try.

Coz BSNL is not doing it directly, they have given the contract to LCOs who charges for the labour, cables and onu. My place is about 500m from their pole/last mile that's why they charged me extra for fiber cables. If I go and check in the self care portal I could still see that there's 100% discount on installation which clearly indicates that this is the profit LCO has made.
