I have been suffering from several issues since the lockdown. The ping is quite high (105-120ms) to Indian servers,low upload speed and frequent disconnections. I tried talking to the local BSNL authorities and the lco but they keep telling me that everything is ok from their end and should contact the other party for solving the issue. Since yesterday there is no connection.the wan page shows both the internet and VoIP connections are up but there is no IP address attached to the internet. Moreover the phone light on the onu is off.i have the onu in bride mode.Can somebody help me out?
