Never take Coaxial Connection.
 
Get JioFiber If its available in your area. Less downtime (underground OFC), stable speed then other ISPs available in gujarat.
 
I need a connection in Makarpura, Vadodara

I will submit a online request for Jio too, problem is I need alteast 25-30 Mbps up speed.

And I guess I will have to opt 250 Mbps plan.
As GTPL is giving offering maximum 40 Mbps Ethernet Plan.

Don't know how it is.
 
With a ISP in India , we cannot expect Symmetric speeds of Upload and Download . You can try still
Jio Gigafiber has limited Data (Promotional data given for shorter time) but good ping numbers
Better take Airtel Xstream Fiber . Has a sweet balance of everything , offers unlimited Data
and Airtel is available in Vadodara too
