Reliance Jio Fiber Down: No internet. Router is blinking red light.

Never ever call their customer support. A few days ago the internet in my whole city went down for about 45 mins and when I called CS they read a script and when they ran out of lines on their script, they literally just hung up on me. Get the number of your local NOC through your JioFiber sales person, they will have the real answers. I have only had good experience with the local sales/technical team here in Kerala.

The guys only provide tailor made replies. Either they don't have any knowledge or the whole Jio team is being trained to make such worst and useless replies to their worthy customers.
The internet was down for 1 hour from around 2 PM today, so I made the call to them at 3 PM and was told to wait for 3-4 hours because of some problem and they are fixing it and it will take them maximum 4 hours to fix the issue. After waiting for 5 hours, I called them back and again the same tailor made reply to wait for another 3-4 hours. I asked the guy, "Now what will be the resolution if it is not restored within another 4 hours?"
Guess what he replied, "you need to call us again."

Utter nonsense 😠

Shows how serious they are when it comes to deal with their customers. 😠😡

Sorry. I have changed the title. Hope it gets resolved for you guys at the earliest...
 
my plan expires on 1st July, had delayed surrendering the connection. Now is the good time considering Airtel XStream is now available in my colony. anyone who plans to remove Jio fiber off their property, don't forget to collect your 4k security deposit.
 
Service restored for me now at around 10:30 PM
 

Hey guys just read about the issue. Has there been any improvement ? No issues here at least in Bangalore, Karnataka AFAIK.
