ACT Fibernet — Declining to Downgrade my internet plan

The ACT Fibernet never responded to my emails for downgrading my plan to 50 mbps and their customer care numbers are jsut fake and non existant - +91 9121212121 and +91 7288999999

Their app in very cunningly designed and only supports upgrade and not the downgrade of any plan. In this way they never come into customer communication. Please take this issue as high priority as many customer like me are also facing it.

Act Fibernet always has this problem in their App, they allow only upgrading the pack.

I have been successful to register complaints on 72 series number.

They are little slow in replying over tweet also nowadays.
 
Any ethical and transparent company, should offer both - upgrade and downgrade any plan on their app.
It is high time, TRAI introduces - SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) for internet service providers, DTH providers....
 
do this

send a mail to customer care
CC: to nodal and appellate
regarding the plan change.


plan change works for me through email to customer care.

as i had installation issues. mails to customer care did not work so i had to mail appellate and nodal officer.
