is Airtel customer care ignoring customers?

Its not only bsnl, act disabled their customer care number itself. Think its due to the lockdown
Lockdown is almost over now , people are getting back to offices , I agree that restrictions are still there but then they can simply give a time for their response rather ignoring people . At-least the requesting person gets to know that he got heard ,isn't it ?

So basically in just 8 minutes she consulted her team and then called you back and sorted the whole issue ,wow Do they really feel that the subscribers are so dumb ? pathetic :/ Lets start a tweet trend for such negligence . there will certainly be many who have suffered and will become a part of it :/

While I am still asking them daily about One Airtel daily in DMs and yet to receive a single reply.
 


Sorry to hear about your experiences. I had a very pleasing experience last month.
My parents in Chennai use Airtel Vfiber. One fine day, their internet and landline stopped working. I used the app to submit a complaint and though the app gave me a timeline of 72 hours to address the complaint, they fixed the problem within 24 hours...
And this was during the nationwide lockdown.....
 
Can someone please verify that 649+gst(100mbps, 150GB) plan still available ? and Is there any discount still available for their broadband customers ? can someone please verify it
 
@Rehan Kumar , yeah but this plan was also there ,I got this plan offer many times in last months but I denied because then I've to change my line perhaps ,i still have copper line but now they saying its not there ,but I suspect because they also said no discount available ,and their own website says ,upto 15% discount for yearly plans .so there is something fishy about it .just waiting if someone else can verify .
 
I also emailed them last week about a issue with my airtel postpaid number and have yet to receive a response other than the automated reply.
