Airtel Xstream Fiber Plus (Airtel Xstream Fiber Mesh)

If a person is anyways using Airtel broadband, it should be great deal right ? We pay about 14k anyways for broadband already

You sure that device would be owned by customer after 2 years ? I dont seem to find the t&c of this anywhere
 
Yes, sure. Go to https://www.airtel.in/mobile/terms-conditions Go to the Airtel Xstream Fiber Mesh section. It has this clause
  • If the Customer terminates the subscription prior to two (2) years or downgrades the rental plan within one (1) year of purchase, the Customer shall be liable to return the Airtel Equipment. Airtel reserves the right to recover the Airtel Equipment immediately and will do so. The Customer agrees to fully cooperate during the entire reverse logistics process.

It's listed as 300mbps in my airtel app.
 

Isn't Rs2600 per month too much for 300mbps speed ?
Although cinsidering the mesh device its reasonable
