ADs on Hotstar

Hotstar had start showing annoying ads on videos.
Ad at start of video, and 3 times in between. This is too much what's the point of subscription in that case.

It is mentioned in T&C but it is annoying to have ads in a subscription.

personalized ads my ass they keep on showing the same advertisement over and over again
 
Watching live match on Hotstar is now like watching on Sports channel. Ads between overs are same as on channel. Instantly after last ball is bowled, ad starts. Earlier Hotstar was ad free with continuous live feed.
 
I don't see that additional column for ad free!!! I usually keep the remote with me & mute all ads. Also use it for doing something else. Especially input/output. 😏😋
 
Yes, they have mentioned about ads during live matches.
That's how effed up of a business model Hotstar has, they'll probably won't stop until they charge 7.99 USD.
The shit app has barely any good content and any foreign content is usually released late compared to other countries or not at all.
