Anyone know what are these tweets on my twitter account ? 1000+ tweets WTF !! What are these tweets I'm seeing ? How can I get my account back to normal where I can see my retweets!!?

You need to change the password of your account and remove all the applications to which you gave access through Twitter.
 
1. Change your password (also change your password to other accounts if you have reused passwords)
2. Activate 2 factor authentication
3. Select logout of all devices option
4. Revoke access to any apps you don't identify/know (if you use login with twitter, don't delete that app access)
5. Revoke any api keys (if generated)
 
Yeah won't delete old tweets but will stop new tweets from being posted if the account is still compromised. After that you can delete the other tweets. Otherwise it will keep posting bot messages.
