For some time my router just keeps on resetting the default admin login password, also one of my advanced WiFi settings 802.11w also keeps on resetting, also when i change MTU size, it just resets it after a i restart my router or few days later.

Disable logging.
It must be the case of full storage.
If the issue persist,please reply.
Further,if you know your credentials and settings, reset the router with reset button on the back.

Upon closer inspection of the config.xml file, i found that when we save the changes the settings are only applied to the session and as soon as the router restarts, they get deleted because the changes were never written in the config file. So even if you disable logging if it hard restarts it gets overwritten again, although i personally haven't tried it yet, but downloading the older xml file and manually changing the values the uploading it as default conf should work.

You can just download, the config file from management and check for it yourself

Follow the steps for deleting log file (at your own risk) :
  1. login via telnet using you admin account
  2. type "sh"
  3. "cd /etc/config/"
  4. "ls -l"
  5. you will find syslogd.txt
  6. "rm syslogd.txt"
