Time to move.... From Hathway?

Guys as always in times of distress need your valuable inputs....
My Hathway is not working normal for almost 3 months now... No support none responsible and least bothered about solving issues... Happens once twice each year but this time it's gone for too long... Topped up with the covid situation.
Anyhow need two inputs....
One for North Delhi which one would be a good replacement isp.... Is excitel good enuf.... Or anyone candidate
Two any leads to highups in Hathway if anyone can share...

What kind of issues are you facing with Hathway? Can you elaborate that?
 
My friend in Ghaziabad was also facing issues with Hathway in the last few days, but the issues are fixed.

But 3 months is a long time! Maybe there are not many users reporting problems in your area. As @arjunarora4212 asked, what issues are you facing?
 
Which area are you from in north Delhi? Many of the areas are still not covered by excitel fiber and their copper network is not reliable. Check with people living in your area if excitel fiber is available then you may opt it, the copper connection of excitel may not be worth taking.
 
Thanks, excitel is available in my area.
In Hathway the line signal is going off every 5 mins and works for another 5 mins and so it goes on....
Any contacts at Hathway?
 
Sorry to dig up this somewhat old thread, but I am facing same issue with hathway. There is 2% minimum ping failure to google, higher during working hours. I got fed up and researching on excitel Fibre now.
 

I would say the ones which want a stable connection who dont have time play with customer care have to go with Airtel Fiber , Jio Fiber or BSNl Fiber
 
I finally did move away for Hathway, though 2 month subscription was pending in my quarterly plan. I am with Excitel now.
Other option was Jio, but Jio Fiber is too expensive. Am waiting for Airtel Fiber in my area, but they are saying another few weeks for last 1 year.
 
@MadAxe , yeah I should have been more clear on that. Actually combining Airtel 799 with 299 unlimited data is costlier than Jio's silver plan (even considering annual benefit), but cheaper than gold plan. There is a tradeoff of data amount with speed, but that works for me.
 
Why dont you consider giving BSNL Fiber a try if you get it in your area
Both the Installation and Rental charges are less

I am still experiencing the line singal loss every 10 mins or so..... tried varied people in hathway, from junior guy to the so call seniors, end results is same DEEKHTE HAI comment.
Had a word with Excitel, but were blunt and share just one 4 month plan, didnt seem right.
Any pointers on Excitel plans and deals for Delhi?

Second plan looks good though hard to commit initially on longer term plans..... did you really charge for the installation? and which WiFi box was offered?
