Airtel BB internet connected but not able to browse except utorrent downloads

I'm tired of watching movie, still no response from that side. 3 months before i have disabled cwmp settings so this ports blocked because of cwmp disabled in my modem ? i am not sure. now im not able to re-establish cwmp settings

wait you have this connection for three months and you cannot access any website?
 
so you messed up settings in the router and problem started after that? have you considered resetting the airtel router and reconfiguring it?
 
internet was working for fine with these three months, this port issue started just three days before.
 
try to find the number of the local airtel support guy. usually the shops in your area using airtel connection would have his number.

just cwmp settings alone disabled, after that too my internet was working, since cwmp is the only way to remotely update setting to airtel modem so i was thinking about without cwmp disabled my modem can't update with if any setting pushed by airtel.

I am looking for this local field engineers too still no luck.
 

airtel also has a new troubleshooting app. maybe that would help you file a service request.

i am failed to reconfiguring so i have backed up recent modem config file, don't have the unchanged config file.

what city are you in? if you are in gurgaon, i can probably ask around for the guy in-charge of your locality.
 
try their new xstream app and see if you can file a complaint through it. another member of the forum reported that they are accepting internet related complaints through it.
 
or maybe some forum member here would be able to guide you through the process of reconfiguring the airtel router after resetting 🤔
 
nope, just now i have reverted cwmp setting to its original state but its not communicating with the acs server since port 80 and 443 are currently blocked. airtel people only can resolve this since its ports blocked.

if you do manage to get their guy to arrive at your place, do take his phone number and save it assuming he is ok with it.
