Paytm cannot stop frauds on their platform so they are going after mobile operators

i cannot find the article right now but from what i remember, it stated that people are being scammed out of Rs. 25000 on an average every hour (or was that day? seems low for a day) on Paytm platform.
 
tbh. it could eventually be great for mobile users in this country if courts force mobile service providers to get strict with spammers.

I don't think this is going to happen....... all telecoms are hand & glove with these spammers.......

all my DND complaints (while my number is full DND) are closed by these telecoms operators........... they do not find anything wrong with loan messages, Real estate messages......
