Websites not loading on Reliance Jio Fiber

Working for me on jio fiber/sim
 
Not working for me with any permutation (DNS changed on device/not on router/on router etc). Tried 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8

Working fine on Airtel.
 
Simply access you jio router via ipv6 turn off ipv6 dhcp .
Now turn on ipv4 dhcp it will work 10000%.
Remember after this restart router and computer also to auto relase ipv6 and get new ip4 ip
i also face this issue 1 year ago now everything running fine.
 
Guys can anyone tell me is the following issue backend or optical power ?

my jio fiber router sometimes blinks blue light … i mean wifi on jio router is off so it shows blue light but light disappears for half second and then comes back.

does it cause any issue ?
