If I change the CPE of account and login with another user ID. Will my speed will remain same?
I did the same thing,I haven't seen any changes in speed when did that though both plans were different.

I want to know how does this whole traffic works, how my ISP limited my internet speed or data and how can I overcome that!

I didn't get what CPE of account means here
There is no simple hack or shortcut to get more data/speed, pay for what you need.

So Spectra does mac binding and you'd be able to access internet only from a whitelisted mac. If you connect from another device, it would redirect you to a login page where you need to authenticate with the Spectra username and password.

As there is no other username/password involved (no PPPoE auth) as Spectra just uses DHCP to allocate a dynamic IP address, I guess @Orakel 's question is how do they tie a user with a Specific plan.

@Orakel Which plan are you on? And which is the plan of the other account?

Anyway to answer your final question, to get higher speeds, just change your plan to the speed your want, ofcourse you'd need to pay extra. 😅 It's very simple.

Im on 50 mbps plan.
I have other accounts with 100 mbps and 1 gbps.

I have called the Consumer care several times because I want to opt for 100mbps now, but they always say that their representatives will call me regarding plan change soon but nothing happens. I've registered the complaint regarding this for many days, the automatically close my complaint without any reason. Seems there's no proper facility on spectra regarding this.

What if I change the Mac address of my device as well to get aligned with the plan as spectra do mac binding.
I've used netcut which showed all available routers connection to my isp along with their Mac addresses, I did changed the Mac address as well and logged in with 100mbps id still getting same speed.

It seems to me you are just trying to get things for free, just pay for the plan and you will get it.
It's as simple as that.
