You can also use a good old fashioned single pair telephone wire to extend from the other floor to your floor. Would not cost more than Rs.300-400 one time.

Its too complicated to run the wire actually. I will have to access someone else's property to do that.

I have the landline device connected , as well as Jiocall app. Both are online but the dial tone goes away on landline and then I cannot place a call using jioapp too.
Restarting the gateway box fixes all issues But this is not a viable solution.
I spoke to customer care at length , and then the call got disconnected so I never tried again.

I would say invest in a Physical cordless phone from a brand like Panasonic or configure a 3rd party VOIP client which acts as a Telephone from Jio number.
Jio Apps have still a long way to improve both on the technical side as well as on the customer service side

there is a feature in Android 10 Wi-Fi settings which randomizes device MAC address a upon re-connecting to hotspot. Make sure to set that option to "use device Mac" and your problem will be solved.

@mikrotik - use JioJoin app while connected to JioFiber Wifi network. It will work. Ensure that VoIP registration has a green tick in Jio Gateway. Else raise a complaint and they will fix it.
