Any alternative to Reliance JioCall?

Hi guys,

I am looking for an alternative to JioCall, as whenever i configure it, it stays offline and won't change to online no matter what I do.
 
Have you tried connecting a landline phone through a phone cable?

Try clearing all data or reinstalling the app. I had the same issue. It worked after reinstalling.
 

You can try the new parallel calling facility if you want. But that is just for incoming calls. You won't be able to make outgoing calls with that.
 
I have already activated parallel ring, but since this IUC thing, i wanted to use the landline for outgoing
 
Sorry, because my answer won't help you. I would like to add that I am also facing the same problem. JioCall is not working on the only two Android devices I have. Would help if you found some fix regarding this.

Restarting the Jio device and cleaning the app data fixed the problem for me. Though in my rooted android phone, while registration, the 3rd option(JioFiber) is not highlighted and I cannot choose it. I am assuming it doesn't work on rooted devices. I have tried hiding using magisk but no use.

Pls raise a complaint to JioFiber Customer Care team.

For my JioFiber, this has happened few times in past. Suddenly JioCall will give an error about "network being offline" even when I am able to use JioFiber for installing JioCall from playstore as well as getting OTP etc to configure.

Upon raising the complaint, they do something from backend and it starts working in 1-2 days.
