can i connect jio sim mobile data to be used in laptop, as jiofi dongle is defective

Jiofi dongle was provided for internet connection.
The dongle was found to be defective and it is a whole cumbersome task to contact a jio customer care that easily.
They ask jio numbers , which i do not know, and the call is not passed on to executive .
Ok, let us talk about my probem
The slim slot just came about on my first inspection, and i found that that the slim slot is having some pin broken defect, so even when my jiofi was connected, there was no internet access and i kept getting your dns server might be unavailable.
The defective jiofi could not be used as of now.
the main reason being the movement restrictions due to corona
Now, can i use this sim in my duo sim mobile and connect to the laptop to get the internet access to my laptop in place of jiofi .
if possible, how to go about . can i use just bluetooth to get on the data connection in laptop or is there any other way or not please tell me

Now that lock down is opened go to the place where you bought the jiofi, they will take care of your problem.
BY using Jiofi you are expected to get better speed. I have been using it in chennai i used to get 10 mbps during evening times when all are from there office and using their own jio net , more traffic and less speed you get. but in day time working hours i use to get 30+ mbps when all were left to office and there is traffic of signal.

You can use even mobile, but speed differs

Simply place the SIM in your mobile. Then create a WiFi hotspot on your phone. Then join that network in your laptop. Really easy.
