Alliance broadband is down in Kolkata (Due to Amphan)

So Alliance connection came back today. But as you guys have already been saying, speed has been capped. Any idea when we will get our normal speeds again?
 
What's your maximum speed? Is it 19 20 mbps?
 
They have sent me a message yesterday saying that they had successfully repaired all their connections, but due to other company's work, they are getting repeatedly held back.. They also asked us to be patient.
 
Speed is back up but, I have never gotten this much upload speed.. what is happening?
Edit: Although I am getting the same 22 Mbps when uploading to google drive!!??

My speed is still 20 mbps..... How are you getting 44🤔
 

Speed is still capped on Playstore. They are slowly increasing speeds and going back to normal. Although I feel it will take some more time.
 
They are outright cheaters. They started the connection only for the monthly payment,as it was the month's end. This is unacceptable. The connection is down till 4 in the morning.
