Alliance broadband is down in Kolkata (Due to Amphan)

Only Starter pack is capped now. Other plans have symmetrical speeds. Atleast for the time being. They can reduce later.
 
@Rhishav hmm i saw a post in fb, PRIME plus get 1:1 bandwidth, may be they reduced later.
 
I would agree to 30mbps speed if it was normal cable broadband. But mine is fibre optics one...... So i should expect symmetrical speed..... Because that is the speciality of fibre optics
 
Today again alliance is getting disconnected frequently..... Showing no internet connection for 10 15 mins and again it's coming back......

this is network condition. This is not today every facing same problem. Today this problem two times arrive and still not solved. Useless cc, they no pick phn, they not respond app ticket. 17th my package end, never ever i renew.
 
@RANIT KAR Yes, this is high time to leave the alliance, further renew makes alliance confident to treat the customer like that. I think to try Airtel 4G for general work and wait for jio ftth. Local operator also culprit they know if they have 100 customers 90-95% don’t leave because customer worried about installation charge, that’s why they arrogant and switch off their phone.
 
@sudipta chatterjee take any other ISP but not jio ftth.This shows very high speed but that is only for download and upload is 1/10 the download speed also it blocks any random website and the tecnical engineers are shit and they dont know anyrhing and also dont talk about the cc they are as innocent like they are in class-1.this is my opinion as i am also suffering ,take airtel fiber bt not jio fiber
