BSNL's new DNS Servers: 61.0.1.1, 61.0.2.2, 61.0.3.3, 61.1.1.1

Anyway added BSNL own dns server ip and found it was much faster on benchmark , but dont want to use them for now. I dont have that much trust on them.

At lowest 44 ms, Cloudflare is still 27.87% faster for me than lowest 61 ms of OpenDNS.
