I am having a BSNL connection which is not working since 26 Sep i registered complaint on 26 sep and docket no 121854808752 no one attended complaint till date
I further complained on 1500 (2 times ie 9oct and 11oct )they told they are forwarding my complaint to higher officials but all in vein
what to do next ?
i am also having a broadband and it is also not working in this time of crisis where we are locked in house without an unlimited network it became difficult for us
we are complaining since 26 sept
Both of them are alone at that time
i want to know what can i do to get my connection working again
