The one that I have right now has one major issue, it's squeaky. And it's getting bad with each passing day.

I am using a chair made by some local manufacturer and is around 2 years old. Any input is highly appreciated.

I have one of those chairs from Godrej. I broke one of them, the other one is used to keep rags and stuff.

So after two dinged products from pepperfry, I went to Durian showroom where I came to know that the 5yr warranty is actually 1yr warranty and rest 4 years is service only. They have hidden this on their website under terms and conditions. Now I don't feel like paying to Durian a higher price.

Anymore suggestions?
